  This collar is made of a base nylon webbing, with a 100% cotton covering. The extra durable, YKK Buckle makes this collar safe and secure.  The buckle can withstand water and all of the elements. No rusting or jamming due to inclement conditions. Our cotton covered collars come in five sizes to fit pets of all ages and breeds.
